A former Catholic nun who became a Buddhist monk, she obtained a Master’s degree in the Psychology of Religion and a Ph.D in transpersonal psychology in the USA. She is currently running various meditation programs, workshops and seminars mainly on Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) in Korea.
